Great experience. Our salesman, John was excellent and sold us a great car. Kevin showed us how everything worked in the car and it was easy to do. One disappointment is that you do not do anything on paper anymore. We spent a lot of money and don't even get a purchase agreement.

Had an issue with left front window going down when up was selected. Joe Shuttee my.service advisor got me a loaner and had the issue resolved.

Talk about a great experience shopping for a car. A salesman's mother, Rob V, told me to go to Bill Brown Ford. It's the biggest dealership, I've been told. The first day I drove the car's I was interested in buying. Matt, his assistant helped me the first day. Rob was on vacation. Then, my reserved car was handled by Rob.
