Jim Stevens began his automotive career in 2008, but he joined the Bill Brown team in 2019. Jim grew up in Michigan and currently resides in Oakland county. “I began my career shortly after graduating High School & spent the early years learning the ropes of the automotive industry; it led to a wonderful career,” stated Jim. When Jim isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife & kids, fishing, or towing his boat with his Super Duty!

Levell Baldridge joined the Bill Brown team in 2022, but he started his automotive career over four decades ago! As a Southeastern High School & Saints College graduate, Levell was born in Saint Louis & grew up in Detroit, Michigan. “I grew up in a ford-based family – We still drive Ford SUVs today. The love of cars was instilled in me from a young age. Working at Bill Brown allows me to deliver the experience I want my customers to have,” said Levell. When Levell isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife and daughters or preaching with his church, New Birth Church of God in Christ!

Chris Baxter has over three decades of Automotive & Marketing experience. He joined Bill Brown Ford’s Sales team in 2021 and lives in Southeastern Michigan. As a Redford Union High School & Eastern Michigan University graduate. “I grew up in a Ford family – my dad retired from Ford Motor Company. I genuinely love & trust Ford products – I drive my Ford Fusion to work daily,” said Chris. When Chris isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife & children or racing at Milan Dragway.

Kevin Black began his automotive career in 2011 and joined the Bill Brown Ford Sales team in October of 2021. Kevin resides near Livonia, MI, and graduated from Stevenson High School. “Growing up near Southeastern Michigan, my family always drove Ford vehicles. I drive my Ford F-150 to work each day,” said Kevin. When Kevin isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife & dogs, and enjoying the beauty of Northern Michigan.

Rudy Cardenas has nearly four decades of automotive experience, but joining the Bill Brown sales team in 2009! As a graduate of Adrian High School, Rudy is a Michigan local. “I started my automotive career when I really needed it – I’ve always loved cars & talking with people, and it ended up becoming my life-long career,” said Rudy. When Rudy isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, driving his F-150 Tremor, or watching the Lions play football!

Scott Daugherty has nearly three decades of automotive experience and joined the Bill Brown Sales team in 2019. As a graduate of Notre Dame High School & a current resident of Canton, Michigan, Scott knows the Southeastern Michigan community well. “My dad owned a pre-owned dealership in the 90s – I had the chance to absorb a lot of his knowledge & learn about the automotive world. It really gave me the direction I needed to advance in my career,” -said Scott. When Scott isn’t at work, you can find him driving his Ford Expedition to the Lake with his family or watching a Detroit Tigers Game!

John DesOrmeau joined the Bill Brown team in 2005 but began selling Ford vehicles in 1985. As a graduate of Alpena High School and a current resident of the Northville, MI area. “I’ve only sold Ford’s for nearly four decades – the best part of my career is my customers. I’m very blessed to have such an outstanding clientele base,” stated John. When John isn’t at work, you can find him enjoying racing, motorsports, and spending time with his family!

Nolan Edgell joined the Bill Brown Ford sales team in 2022 as a Sales Assistant. In 2024, he had the opportunity to take on a Sales Consultant role.

“I started at Bill Brown as a car porter but always knew I wanted to move to sales. In 2022, I had the opportunity to become a sales assistant while finishing up my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies at Wayne State University.

During my time as a sales assistant, I benefited from learning the paperwork and getting hands-on experience. I used my time to gain as much knowledge as I could before earning my position on the sales floor.

I am looking forward to working with family and friends, and creating life-long relationships here at the dealership,” said Nolan.

In his free time, Nolan enjoys watching Detroit Sports, traveling, and spending time with his wife Ally and family.

Michael studied Business at Wayne State University and grew up in Southeastern Michigan, immersed in the automotive industry from an early age.

Michael began his Automotive Sales career six years ago and has since dedicated himself to assisting customers through various stages of the automotive purchasing journey. “I discovered that I have a passion for the financial education process. I enjoy connecting with customers and helping them find the best vehicle to suit their lifestyle and budget. When the opportunity to join the Bill Brown Ford sales team arose, I knew it was the correct step for my career,” Michael shared.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys golfing, snowboarding, traveling, and taking on new home DIY projects!

Tom Howard joined the Bill Brown team in 2021, but he began his automotive career nearly three decades ago! As a graduate of Hartland High School & WCC, Tom grew up in Michigan and currently lives in Brighton. “I started working in the automotive industry because I have a real passion for helping my customers. Plus, I really enjoy the Ford product – I have a 2022 Bronco that I love,” said Tom. When Tom isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his family or playing music & golf!

Keith Jewell joined the team at Bill Brown Ford in 2014, but he began his automotive career in 1985! As a St. Alphonsus High School graduate, Keith was born and raised near Dearborn, Michigan & Metro Detroit area. “My father worked at Ford Motor Company for 43 years, so I grew up surrounded by the automotive world. I drive my F-150 every day & we also have a Ford Explorer – I truly enjoy Ford products which allow me to help my customers find the perfect vehicle for their lifestyle,” -Keith. When Keith isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife and grandchildren or playing hockey & bowling!

Tony Juncaj has over four decades of experience in the Automotive industry and nearly three decades under his belt as a sales team member for Bill Brown Ford. Tony has learned much about the Metro Detroit area & the Motor City in the 50 years he’s lived in Michigan. “My career combines two of my passions – the love of cars & helping people. I truly enjoy putting my customers in a car that’s just right for them,” said Tony. When Tony isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife and kids or using his F-150 for hunting and fishing trips! 

Rusty Karr joined the Bill Brown sales team in 2014, but he has over three decades of automotive experience! As a Livonia Stevenson High School & Ferris State University graduate, Rusty currently resides in Novi, MI. “My grandfather worked at Ford, so I grew up in a Ford-based family – and working at Bill Brown allows me to work with a team that genuinely cares about all of our customers,” said Rusty. When Rusty isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his family, driving his F-150 to the golf course, and boating!

Laurie Knutson has been on the Bill Brown Sales team since 2004. However, she began her Automotive career in 1997! As a graduate of Wayne High School, Laurie is familiar with the Southeastern Michigan community. “My grandpa worked as a Vehicle Transporter, and I grew up watching NASCAR – It’s safe to say that I was immersed in the auto industry from a young age. I truly trust the Ford product – I have a Ford Expedition that I drive daily,” said Laurie. Outside of work, Laurie enjoys hunting & spending time with her family.

Melissa Lelekatch began her Automotive career at Bill Brown Ford in 2019. As a graduate of Churchill High School and Schoolcraft College, Melissa is familiar with the Livonia, MI community. “I grew up driving past Bill Brown Ford daily. When I had the opportunity to take a position in the Service Department, I knew I was on the correct path. My experience as a Service Advisor and Sales Support Rep provided the foundation I needed to start my Sales Consultant career. I drive a Ford Edge SEL every day and truly love educating my customers on Ford products,” said Melissa. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with friends and family.

Al Lindsay has been in the Automotive industry for nearly four decades & joined the Bill Brown sales team in 1999. Al has lived in Southeastern Michigan his entire life, and he graduated from Trenton High School and now resides in Flat Rock. “Growing up, most of my family drove Ford vehicles. I’m a big fan of the Ford F-Series – It’s America’s favorite truck! I wouldn’t drive anything else,” said Al. When Al isn’t at work, you can find him boating on one of Michigan’s many lakes or driving his F-150! 

Chris Miller has over three decades of automotive experience, and he’s been on the Bill Brown sales team since 2001. Chris grew up in Plymouth, Michigan, and graduated from Eastern Michigan University. “One of my first jobs was at a sales-based company, eventually leading me to the automotive sales world. I’ve since had the opportunity to gain years of knowledge to deliver the best possible experience to my customers,” said Chris. When Chris isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife & four boys, driving his 2002 Mustang, or watching a Detroit Red Wings game!

Steve Miller joined the Bill Brown sales team in 2018, but he started his automotive career in 1998! As a graduate of Taylor Kennedy High School and Ferris State University, Steve is a Southeastern Michigan community local and currently resides in Taylor, MI. “My Dad worked for a top 3 automotive manufacturer & Ford Motor Company has a big presence in the Motor City. – it definitely impacted my choice to join the automotive world,” said Steve. When Steve isn’t at work, you can find him spending quality time with his family, driving his F-150 to the golf course, or watching a Lions Football game!

Jeff Muntean has been on the Bill Brown Sales team since 2013, but he started his automotive career in 2004. As a Lincoln High School graduate and a current resident of Canton, Jeff is a Michigan local. “I grew up with family members in the automotive industry – having that exposure led to a life-long career. I trust & truly enjoy Ford products – I drive my Ford F-150 every day,” said Jeff. When Jeff isn’t at work, you can find him spending quality time with his family.

Marty Pearson began his automotive career in 2005 and joined the Bill Brown sales team in 2015. As a graduate of Garden City High School & Schoolcraft College, Marty is a native of the Southeastern Michigan community. “My Father & brothers worked for Ford – I grew up in a household where everyone loved cars & it impacted my career choice,” said Marty. When Marty isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife & son, driving his F-150 up north, boating, or riding his motorcycle!

Steve Robin has been on the Bill Brown sales team since 2018 but began his automotive journey in 1992. He grew up in Metro Detroit and graduated from Eastern Michigan University – “My Father & Uncles worked for Ford Motor Company. Growing up in a Ford-based family definitely set the pace for my career,” said Steve. In his free time, you can find him boating or spending time in the great outdoors with his F-150.

Chris Soutar joined the Bill Brown team in 2017, but he began his automotive career nearly three decades ago! As a Royal Oak High School graduate, Chris is familiar with the Southeastern Michigan community & currently resides in Canton, Michigan. “Living near the Motor City sparked my interest in the automotive industry. I spent years learning everything I could to deliver a great experience to my customers. I aim to find the perfect vehicle for their family or lifestyle,” said Chris. When Chris isn’t at work, you can find him driving his Expedition to a game of golf, bowling, or watching a tigers game.

Jeff Spooner joined the Bill Brown Sales team in 2021, but he began his automotive career in 1998! As a JFK High School & Central Michigan University graduate, Jeff is a Michigan native and familiar with the Southeastern Michigan community. “I grew up in a Ford-based family. I drive my 2022 Expedition every day & one of my favorite hobbies is racing – the Michigan automotive world has always been a huge part of my life,” said Jeff. When Jeff isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife & dogs or golfing and fishing!

Frank Succurro joined the Bill Brown sales team in 2017, but he began his career in the automotive industry in 2012. As a graduate of Fordson High School, Frank grew up in Dearborn & was immersed in the Ford world from an early age. “I worked at the Ford plant in Saline before making my way into sales, and it gave me a great perspective on the other side of the business. My motto is ‘always to treat my customers how I want to be treated,'” said Frank. When Frank isn’t at work, you can find him spending quality time with his wife & children, adventuring in his Ford Bronco, or watching the Redwings & Detroit Tigers!

Rob joined the Bill Brown Sales team in 2022 but started his automotive journey in 2014! As a graduate of Belleville High School, Rob grew up near the Motor City and has always loved all-things cars. “I began my automotive career in the Parts Department, and when I had the chance to move into a Sales Consultant role, I knew it would be the right fit. I really enjoy working with my customers & finding them the perfect Ford vehicle, ” – Rob. When Rob isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his wife & two children, boating, or towing his camper with his Ford F-150!

Rick Vaughn joined the Bill Brown sales team in 1994 and has nearly three decades of Automotive experience. As a graduate of Frank Cody High School & a resident of the Northville area, Rick is local to Michigan & the Metro Detroit area. “I began my career as a technician & also worked as a Service Advisor, which allowed me to learn multiple sides of the industry & provide invaluable knowledge. My career has been a dream & it’s all thanks to my wonderful customers,” stated Rick. When Rick isn’t at work, you can find him traveling or spending time volunteering with the American Indian Health & Family Services in Detroit.

Vita Vizachero has nearly three decades of automotive experience & joined the Bill Brown team in 2004. As a graduate of Trenton High School and a current resident of the Northville area, Vita is native to the Southeastern Michigan community. “My Dad worked in Ford Sales and being exposed to the automotive world at a young age impacted my career choice. I’ve learned a lot throughout my career, but the best part is having the chance to talk with my customers & seeing how happy they are when they get their new vehicle,” stated Vita. When Vita isn’t at work, you can find her traveling, spending time with her family, cooking & gardening!

Rick Williams began his Automotive career in 1984 & joined the Bill Brown Ford sales team in 1996. Rick is a Wayne State University graduate and currently resides in Farmington, MI. “My brother-in-law worked as a Sales Consultant and encouraged me to try it out, and it ended up being my life-long career,” stated Rick. When Rick isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his family or driving his 2021 Explorer to the golf course.

Matt Wisniewski has four years of Automotive experience. He joined Bill Brown Ford’s Sales team in 2024 and lives in Southeastern Michigan.

I’m a Michigan native and graduated from Belleville High School. After studying computer science at Southern New Hampshire University, I worked as a flight attendant, so I’ve had the opportunity to travel to many exciting places! Four years ago, I made the move to the car business. One of my favorite aspects of this job is meeting new people, and I am excited to be working at the Number One Ford Dealer in the Nation,” said Matt.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys taking his golden retriever on hikes and driving around in his Ford F-150.

Matthew Guilbault joined the Bill Brown team in 2016, but he began his automotive career in 2010. As a Livonia Churchill High School graduate, Matt is a native of Livonia & grew up near the Motor City. “My Father was in the Automotive Industry for 36 years & I grew up with hot rods in the garage – that influenced my career choice for sure!” stated Matt. When Matt isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his family & driving his kids to hockey & figure skating practice in his Ford Expedition.

Darwin Marsh began his automotive career in 1980 & joined the Bill Brown team in 1987! Darwin grew up in Reading, Michigan, and is a current resident of Livonia. “I grew up on a farm & we had Ford tractors – I’ve spent a large portion of my life around the ford product & also enjoying it as my personal choice of transportation. I drive a Ford Freestyle & Lincoln MKZ. The best part of my job is hearing how long my customers are able to enjoy a vehicle that I sold them,” -stated Darwin. When Darwin isn’t at work, you can find him enjoying the great outdoors – traveling, hiking, fishing, hunting, and golfing!

Leaun McAvoy has over 16 years of automotive experience & joined the Bill Brown sales team in 2020. As a graduate of Oakland Community College, Leaun is a native of Michigan and resides in the Novi area. “Working for Bill Brown gives me the ability to provide my customers with the standard of care that I expect. My motto is to treat each customer like family, and my goal is to find them a vehicle perfect for their lifestyle,” stated Leaun. When Leaun isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his son, boating, or driving his Ford Explorer to play a game of basketball!

Roy Mewton began his automotive career in 1986 & joined the Bill Brown sales team in 2008. Roy grew up in Westland & graduated from John Glenn High School – “My dad worked for Ford throughout his entire career, which motivated me to work in the automotive industry. I’ve been able to make a wonderful career out of it. I drive a Ford Escape & my wife drives a Bronco. It’s safe to say my family loves Ford products,” said Roy. When Roy isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his family or hanging out on the golf course!

Ron Nowicki has been on the Bill Brown sales team since 2006, but he started his automotive career in 2000. Growing up in Detroit exposed Ron to the Motor City from a young age – “One of my family members owned a used car dealership, and I gained experience working there & learning the ropes of Sales. I have high expectations for myself & always follow through with my customers – that’s the most important part,” stated Ron. When Ron isn’t at work, you can find him spending time with his family or barbecuing & driving his Escape to the golf course!
