Thanks to Ford's hard work and planning, Bill Brown also offers its electric vehicle customers access to the Largest Public Charging Network in North America. Every customer that purchases an electric vehicle from Bill Brown gets easy access to the BlueOval™ Charging Network, which includes 150 kW DC fast-charging stations across the US and is growing. It allows you to see where charging stations are available near you and save your favorites for easy access in the future. Whether it's charging at home or on the road, the Ford charging experience is simple and straightforward.
Charging your Ford EV at Home
Every new electric vehicle or plug-in hybrid Ford comes with a Ford Mobile Charger for at-home charging. The charger is compatible with both 120V and 240V outlets, but the charging time is significantly different between the two.
Using the Ford Mustang Mach-E as an example, one can expect about three miles of range added per hour on 120V, but up to about 20 miles of range per hour on a 240V. There is also an available Ford Connected Charge Station that an electrician can install within your garage or exterior wall, offering about 28 miles of range per hour. Thanks to Ford's innovative software, you can program your electric car to charge during off-peak hours, saving your electricity bill.
Ford Charge Station Pro enables the F-150 Lightning's Intelligent Backup Power to provide Intelligent Backup Power in the event of a power outage- While offering 30 miles per charging hour for the F-150 Lightning Extended Range and 19 miles per charging hour for the F-150 Lightning Standard range.
Charging on the Road
Thanks to DC fast chargers, charging on the road is significantly quicker, allowing about 60 miles of range to be added to a Mach-E within ten minutes. You can rely on the FordPass Charging Network to find charging locations when on the road. All compatible chargers are combined within a map with a single payment source via the FordPass app.
Road trip coming up? You can rely on the FordPass Power My Trip feature to make planning easy by automatically considering where you'll need to stop for a quick charge, minimizing downtime so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible. All you need to do is activate FordPass Connect; connect your vehicle to the FordPass App, and start your charging services on Ford.com/ConnectedServices. Enter your destination and hit the road to your next adventure.
