The full-size Ford F-150 truck is a powerhouse that surpasses expectations in its capabilities, functionality, style, and features. With considerable improvements introduced in the 2024 version, the 2025 Ford F-150 is unchanged. Nine trim levels continue to be available with three-bed lengths and three cab styles. What can you expect from the 2025 Ford F-150?
In 2025, the Ford F-150 is offered with five gas-powered engines as well as a turbo V6 hybrid that generates 430 horsepower. The base engine is a turbo 2.7-liter V6 that produces 325 horsepower. Both the 5.0-liter V8 and the turbo 3.5-liter V6 deliver 400 horsepower. The more powerful gas engines in the 2025 Ford F-150 are a 450-horsepower, turbo 3.5-liter V6, and a 720-horsepower, supercharged 5.2-liter, V8 engine. Some trims come with a backup assist, an adaptive suspension system, four-wheel drive, skid plates, terrain driving modes, and other performance-elevating equipment.
The Ford F-150 is easy to recognize with its broad dimensions and commanding stance. The tall nose tapers slightly and shows off well-placed accent lines on the hood. The wide grille is rounded at the sides as it connects to tall, LED-capped headlights. Across the sides, the fenders are well-defined, and their definition carries into lower-panel accentuation along the doors.
The base-level XL trim is outfitted with keyless entry, a Sync 4 infotainment system, a 12-inch touch display screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument panel, lane keeping assistance, rear auto braking, a blind-spot alert and forward collision mitigation. As you step up the trim lineup, the 2025 F-150 is also available with features like a wireless phone charger, a fold-down work surface, a premium B&O sound system with 14 speakers, a two-panel moonroof, heated front and rear seats, massaging front seats, a heated steering wheel, ambient cabin lighting, adaptive cruise control, the BlueCruise system, leather upholstery, lane centering and several additional features.
