Performance

The 2025 Ford Maverick is available with two powertrains. These include a hybrid 191-horsepower engine and a 250-horsepower, turbo four-cylinder unit. The first engine is available with your choice of front-wheel or all-wheel drive, while the turbo engine comes with standard all-wheel drive.

The 2025 Ford F-150, on the other hand, comes in your choice of four gas engines or a hybrid engine. The turbo V6 hybrid system produces 430 horsepower. The most powerful gas engine offered is available only with the Raptor R trim. This is a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 system that produces 720 horsepower. Front-wheel and all-wheel drive are available based on the trim level.

Appearance

The Ford Maverick has an engaging look with a tall front end and flat surfaces across the hood and roof. The almost rectangular grille on the nose has a unique mesh pattern with diamonds and triangles. The curved LED headlights are outlined by a thick LED bar. The lean bumper is molded and accessorized by a metallic bar.

The 2025 F-150 is a larger model with a subtle slope down the well-defined hood. The rectangular headlights span most of the nose’s height and show off an LED bar on the outer perimeter. The grille is wide, with several molded crossbars running from side to side. On the door panels, a raised definition line runs below the belt.

Features

The Maverick has numerous base trim level features, including lane keeping assistance, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 13.2-inch touch display screen, and forward collision mitigation. With a higher trim level, your Maverick may also be equipped with intersection collision mitigation, a blind-spot warning, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a wireless charging pad, a 360-degree camera system, adaptive cruise control, heated seats, a household power outlet, and more.

The F-150 has many of the Maverick’s features, and it adds additional household power outlets, a work surface, massaged front seats, a more advanced sound system, a two-panel moonroof, leather upholstery, and several other features.
