At Bill Brown Ford, we always strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service. Unfortunately, due to a nationwide software outage impacting thousands of dealerships across the country, our Service, Parts, Quick Lane, Fleet, and Body Shop departments are currently operating at a very limited capacity.
What This Means for Our Customers:
- Limited Operations: Our ability to serve customers in the Service, Parts, Quick Lane, Fleet, and Body Shop departments is significantly affected.
- Appointment and Parts Restrictions: We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept new appointments or parts customers until the software issue is resolved.
- Payment Limitations: Due to the inability to print cash receipts and track cash transactions, we can only process credit and debit card payments at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash payments.
We have not yet received an estimated time for the resolution of this issue. We understand how frustrating this can be and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
