One that allowed consumers to shop a dealership’s “real online inventory.” TrueView™ Inventory is our new digital inventory that shows you what’s available on our lot without confusion.
We built an inventory search engine that ensures we provide you with the most efficient new car purchasing process available. TrueView™ Inventory is an innovative tool that ensures our customers have the latest up-to-date inventory the minute we get it ourselves. This is a new level of customer service innovation for new car buying. TrueView™ Inventory is only available at Bill Brown Ford, your local Michigan Ford dealer.
How does TrueView™ Inventory work?
Traditionally dealers receive their inventory feeds from Ford, which leaves room for cars to be sold or put on hold in between updates. This is why you often see an inaccurate online representation of a dealership’s available vehicles. In addition, custom ordered models that are on the lot for more than seven days will also be added to the online feed because Ford doesn’t have detailed insight on each stock unit, causing more confusion.
At Bill Brown Ford, we never want our customers questioning or jumping through hoops to find out what vehicles are available for sale within our inventory. Instead, we’ve developed a unique process that delivers an accurate feed of only the available inventory for the model you’re looking for. TrueView™ Inventory accelerates your buying process, and you don’t have to do anything different. We’ve adjusted our process to meet your changing needs and expectations.
TrueView™ Inventory integrates multiple vendors to create an accurate vehicle inventory for every customer that uses it. Through our different vendors, we’re able to curate a better auto-discovery and buying experience and ensure you see the most recent and up-to-date inventory. Through our new TrueView™ Inventory, customers can also see clearly the new Ford models that are either on our lot or in transit. No custom orders or holds are visible in your TrueView™ inventory feed, just available inventory, and it’s updated multiple times a day.
What’s the Difference Between “On The Lot” and “In-Transit”?
Bill Brown Ford’s new TrueView™ Inventory is so accurate customers can see what vehicles are already at the dealership and what vehicle models and trim lines have been confirmed to be in transit.
Today, Bill Brown has over 300 cars and trucks on our lot, ready for immediate delivery! This number will change daily, but you’ll be able to see that clearly in your TrueView™ Inventory display. These vehicles don’t require a custom order and are ready to be driven home today. Any “in transit” vehicle can be held to purchase while you wait a maximum of three weeks for your new Ford to be delivered. Once you put that vehicle on hold, it is removed from our TrueView™ Inventory. That’s how it works.
You select the vehicle you want from our available or in-transit inventory, and if there is not one there that fits your lifestyle or your needs, we’ll work with you to order one exclusively for you. If you custom order a new Ford, you’ll save $1,000, which is about $41 less a month on a two-year lease.
