Bill Brown Ford Fuels Future Automotive Leaders With Vehicle Donations To Michigan Schools
Bill Brown Ford Donates Mustang & Bronco Raptor To Michigan High Schools
At Bill Brown Ford, we believe in investing in the future of the automotive industry. That’s why our team recently donated a Ford Mustang and a Bronco Raptor to local Michigan high school automotive programs through our philanthropic arm, Bill Brown Cares. These contributions will provide hundreds of students with hands-on experience working with modern automotive technology, preparing them for successful careers in the field.
Inspiring The Next Generation Of Automotive Professionals
The automotive industry is constantly evolving, with new technologies and innovations emerging every day. To ensure that students are well-equipped to tackle the challenges of the future, it is crucial to provide them with access to the latest vehicles and systems. However, many high school automotive programs rely on old vehicle models with outdated technology, which hardly reflect the advanced technology used in today’s vehicles.
Recognizing this gap, Bill Brown Ford took action. Our Collision Center Manager, Joe Hershey, coordinated the donation of a Ford Mustang to the William D. Ford Career Tech Center. At the same time, our team also contributed a Bronco Raptor to the Plymouth Canton High School’s automotive program.
Preparing Students For Tomorrow’s Auto Industry
At the Plymouth Canton High School auto show and job fair, our Service Director, Jason Ellsworth, had the opportunity to speak with automotive students and witness the impact of our donation firsthand. He emphasized the importance of providing young students with access to modern technology, stating,
“It is important to us as the nation’s leading Ford dealership to provide young students with vehicles that have modern technology. Most of the vehicles these programs had were 10-15 years old and not representative of vehicles on the road today. Introducing these students to newly produced cars will help them grow for the future.”
The auto show at Canton High School was an impressive display of classic, modern, and historic vehicles, showcasing the diverse opportunities available in the automotive industry. More than 200 students are enrolled in the Plymouth Canton’s Auto Program this school year alone, and events like these help to foster interest and passion for automotive careers among high school students.
Supporting The Community Through Bill Brown Cares
The vehicle donations to local high school automotive programs are just one example of how Bill Brown Ford gives back to the community through our philanthropic initiative, Bill Brown Cares. We are committed to positively impacting the lives of those around us, and we believe that investing in education is one of the most powerful ways to do so.
By providing students with the tools and resources they need to succeed, we are not only helping to shape the future of the automotive industry but also empowering young individuals to pursue their passions and achieve their goals.
Bill Brown Ford’s Commitment To Michigan’s Automotive Education
As we continue to support Michigan’s future automotive professionals, we are excited to see the impact that our donations will have on the students at William D. Ford Career Tech Center and Plymouth Canton High School.
We extend our gratitude to Great Lakes Towing for their assistance in transporting the vehicles to these schools, and we look forward to further opportunities to support local educational institutions and organizations. At Bill Brown Ford, we are proud to be a part of the Michigan community, and we remain dedicated to nurturing the next generation of automotive leaders through Bill Brown Cares.
