This experience has been incredibly beneficial – it’s provided me with extensive hands-on experience and irreplaceable Sales knowledge,” Cody Petrlich, Sales Inventory, Specialist.

Ford ASSET Program

The Ford ASSET program enhances new technicians’ professional and technical skills over two years. Taught by Ford-certified instructors, students learn about various positions and can earn an Associate’s Degree and Senior Master Technician Certification upon completion, unlocking opportunities for advancing their expertise in automotive technology at Bill Brown Ford.

“I’m happy to have the opportunity to learn from a tech that also went through the ASSET program – having the chance to be physically hands-on in the shop while still in school makes me feel very prepared.” – Austin, Bill Brown Ford ASSET student.
