How Does TrueView™ Inventory Work?

Typically, dealerships receive their inventory feeds from Ford, which can result in an inaccurate online inventory due to sales or holds between updates. Even custom-ordered models sitting on the lot for over a week can be added to the online feed, causing confusion. At Bill Brown Ford, we’ve developed a unique process that delivers only the available inventory of the model you’re interested in. TrueView™ Inventory integrates multiple vendors to ensure an accurate and up-to-date inventory is refreshed several times daily. With TrueView™ Inventory, customers can see which new Ford models are available on the lot or in transit without displaying custom orders, holds, or sold units.

Currently, over 900 cars, SUVs, and trucks are available for immediate purchase at Bill Brown. While this number will change frequently, you can see the current availability clearly in your TrueView™ Inventory display. All of these vehicles do not require a custom order, and if a car is “in transit,” you can reserve it for purchase and only wait up to three weeks for delivery. Once a vehicle is reserved, it is removed from the online inventory feed.
